Welcome to Sonabat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Sonabat governing your access to and use of the Sonabat platform, including all games, features, promotions and services available at sonabat.com.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Sonabat. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If Sonabat identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your Sonabat account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sonabat login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Sonabat support immediately. Sonabat will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Sonabat will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.
All transactions on Sonabat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Sonabat does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player accounts.
Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Sonabat does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Sonabat balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Any bonus funds credited to your Sonabat account are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
Each game available on Sonabat is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface before and during play. By entering a game session, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.
Games such as Blocky Block and Rummy on Sonabat are skill-based formats where your performance directly determines your outcome. Sonabat does not adjust scores or results after a session has begun. Your final score is calculated according to the published rules and cannot be modified by Sonabat staff.
If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on the Sonabat platform, your score at the point of interruption will be recorded and your result will be calculated fairly based on that score. If the interruption is caused by your own connection or device, Sonabat will apply the same principle where technically possible.
If you believe a game result on Sonabat is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the session ending. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Sonabat's decision on all game disputes is final once the investigation is complete.
Sonabat runs promotions and offers bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all Sonabat bonuses:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Sonabat platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
Zero tolerance: Sonabat operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, collusion and platform abuse. All suspicious activity is investigated and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
You may close your Sonabat account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions.
Sonabat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification or inactivity. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Sonabat may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
Sonabat provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While Sonabat takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sonabat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, connection issues or unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to maintain account security.
Sonabat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Sonabat platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Sonabat will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes through in-platform notifications or email. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
